About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading a team of Value Engineers to manage the customer value lifecycle, focusing on sales, value realization, renewals, and expansion. The manager will drive customer value journeys and work closely with leadership teams to support customers in achieving their strategic goals using a Process Intelligence platform.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and challenges faced by C-Suite executives.
  • Hands-on experience guiding IT teams through the Process Intelligence journey, including building dashboards and applications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and manage project scope and timelines.
  • Experience in executive stakeholder management and communicating results effectively.
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies and a track record of value realization for customers.
  • Demonstrated sales and commercial acumen, with the ability to qualify engagements and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey, ensuring successful account landing, expansion, adoption, and renewals.
  • Translate customer objectives into impactful use cases and promote Process Intelligence.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives.
  • Lead customers through the Value Journey and support the deployment of new features and products.
  • Recruit and develop talent within the Value Engineering team, setting high standards for excellence.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to communicate results and value realized.
