About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading and scaling the commercial organization across the EMEA region within the Retail sector, focusing on revenue growth for a SaaS portfolio. The VP Sales & Key Accounts will be responsible for new business generation, strategic account development, and cross-functional alignment with various teams.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.
  • Proven track record in senior sales or key account leadership roles within technology companies.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA sales and key account strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers and partners across EMEA.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with top-tier customers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance local awareness and lead quality.
  • Lead regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes and methodologies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
