Workday Talent & Performance Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves guiding organizations in transforming their HR processes using advanced technology, specifically focusing on Workday solutions. The position requires collaboration with clients to enhance their Workday investments through integrated HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience with Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to manage client interactions and travel as required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, thriving in dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop functional solutions in Talent & Performance, applying industry standards and methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently manage workstreams and report on progress.
• Lead diverse teams through implementations, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets.

Skills

• Strong HR background with experience in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role.
• Familiarity with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up-to-date Workday, HCM / Talent & Performance certifications are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
