This role focuses on enhancing the Career Development platform in a dynamic and high-performing environment, ensuring a structured and equitable process for career advancement. The position involves significant system management, data preparation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in HR, Talent Development, or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and administrative processes, emphasizing data accuracy and structured documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage Career Development meetings, including timelines, input collection, dossier compilation, and material preparation.
  • Prepare and structure data in Excel and PowerPoint for decision-making support.
  • Oversee the performance feedback process within the Career Development system, ensuring data entry accuracy and reviewing feedback consistency.
  • Document meeting outcomes and ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Lead selected Career Development meetings and present data confidently.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders regarding Career Development decisions.
