Job summary

This role involves supporting the growth and performance of logistics operations through effective HR business partnering. The position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and training processes across multiple distribution centers in Europe, particularly in Italy and Holland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within retail or logistics sectors.
• Strong background in recruitment and HR concepts.
• Familiarity with large-scale operations or ramp-up environments.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to HR tasks.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results and improve efficiency and performance.
• Independent decision-making skills in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with international logistics service functions across distribution centers.
• Leading HR ramp-up activities for distribution centers in Italy and Holland, ensuring smooth recruitment and training processes.
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and team building across logistics.
• Training local recruiters on HR standards and processes.
• Driving the implementation of core HR concepts, including mobility and recruitment strategies.
• Supporting local employer branding initiatives in line with company standards.
• Facilitating bi-annual best-practice sharing sessions with HR recruiters.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields.
