About the role

Job summary

This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in strategy and transformation within a global Human Resources team. The Student Assistant will support various HR initiatives and contribute to impactful projects while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR initiatives within the Global Office, including team events and rhythm.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for leadership.
  • Support the VP in organizing leadership and function meetings.
  • Coordinate projects and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge management system for the HR function.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a focus on execution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Education

Additional Information

  • Enrollment in a Master’s program in a relevant field.
  • Expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
  • Start date: June 2026.
