About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on supporting the implementation of global rewards policies across the Nordic region, ensuring effective change management and communication throughout the process. The position involves collaboration with HR teams to facilitate a smooth transition and promote equity and transparency in compensation practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Compensation & Benefits or HR policy implementation.
  • Experience with HR projects or change initiatives in an international or multi-entity context.
  • Practical knowledge of salary reviews, job grading, and reward-related processes.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently across teams.
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2); proficiency in Scandinavian languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in assessing change management activities related to the Rewards Review, preparing insights for HR leadership.
  • Develop and coordinate project implementation plans and timelines.
  • Create communication materials and support risk identification across Nordic offices.
  • Draft and update policies for Mobile and HQ-based staff, ensuring alignment with the Nordic C&B team.
  • Aid in finalizing salary policy documentation and updating tools and templates for the rollout of Reward Review deliverables.
  • Contribute to harmonizing Compensation & Benefits practices with global standards.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills for conveying change initiatives to diverse staff groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR documentation and implementation materials is essential.
