Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Director role, ideally in fast-paced or investment-driven environments.
  • Experience collaborating with founders, executives, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of company growth stages and organizational scaling.
  • Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and talent development.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics related to compensation, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience in global or distributed environments, managing multiple teams or business units.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
  • High resilience and adaptability in evolving environments.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
