Job summary

This role involves developing and executing a global employer branding strategy to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. The specialist will focus on delivering a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and improving candidate engagement across various channels and geographies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years focused on employer branding in a global context.
  • Hands-on recruitment experience of 2-3 years, with a solid understanding of hiring processes and metrics.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing an EVP across different cultures.
  • Experience in a global matrix environment, influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Familiarity with digital employer branding channels and campaign execution.
  • Ability to define KPIs for measuring the impact of branding initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the employer branding strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Create and manage the EVP, ensuring consistent messaging while allowing local adaptations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications to produce engaging branding content.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Work with recruiters and local teams to integrate branding strategies into recruitment operations.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
