Job summary

This role is focused on managing the complete executive search process for senior and C-suite positions across global markets, requiring a strategic approach to talent acquisition and market engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of executive search experience, either in-house or with retained search firms.
  • Proven track record in placing candidates at mid-senior to executive levels (Director, VP, C-suite).
  • Experience in technology-driven or high-growth sectors such as SaaS, FinTech, or Consumer Tech.
  • Knowledge of global markets, particularly EMEA, and familiarity with CIS technology landscapes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance frameworks.
