Job summary

This role involves supporting the Global Executive Search team in identifying and engaging top talent for senior leadership positions across various functions and geographies. The position requires a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Executive Search firm or in-house Executive Search team, focusing on candidate identification, mapping, outreach, and engagement for international projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed candidate mapping to identify top talent for executive searches.
  • Assist in developing accurate and market-relevant role profiles and job descriptions.
  • Contribute to search strategies by providing market insights and leveraging internal and external networks.
  • Engage with candidates and key opinion leaders to build lasting relationships.
  • Create detailed search reports outlining progress and market intelligence.
  • Conduct introductory calls with candidates to discuss opportunities and assess fit.
  • Maintain the Executive Search database, ensuring all information is organized for future use.
  • Host guests visiting the Global HQ, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the team with additional projects as needed.

Skills

  • Strong data organization and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/ATS/Project Management software is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/ATS/Project Management software.
