This role involves supporting the growth and performance of logistics operations as an HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment, training, and concept implementation across multiple distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in retail or logistics sectors.
• Strong background in recruitment and HR concepts.
• Experience in large-scale operations or ramp-up environments.
• Proactive and practical approach to HR challenges.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with international logistics service functions across distribution centers.
• Leading HR ramp-up activities for distribution centers in Italy and Holland, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and building effective teams in logistics.
• Training local recruiters on HR standards, tools, and processes.
• Driving the implementation of core HR concepts such as mobility and recruitment strategies.
• Supporting local employer branding initiatives in line with company concepts.
• Facilitating bi-annual best-practice sharing sessions with HR recruiters.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields preferred.
