Job summary

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Learning and Development within a People & Culture HR team. The role involves supporting various HR activities and contributing to development projects that enhance employee well-being and performance.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, communication, learning, digital design, or a related field.
  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Organized, curious, and driven individual.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of annual cycle activities, including job satisfaction surveys and performance processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of e-learning modules and digital learning content.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute competency development activities.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in employee development and well-being.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program.

Tools

  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools is a plus.
