About the role

Job summary

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a trusted partner for both managers and employees, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations in Denmark.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations while ensuring adherence to Danish labor regulations.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle and manage onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate performance management and conduct annual salary reviews.
  • Facilitate talent development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle payroll input and collaborate with the payroll provider for accuracy.
  • Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and assist with audits.
  • Lead HR projects, process enhancements, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

Additional Information

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • High integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced or operational settings is advantageous.
  • Monthly travel to Aalborg is required.
