Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Business Partners with daily activities, including stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Contribute to annual HR processes like performance management and engagement follow-ups.
  • Coordinate timelines and communication for HR year-wheel activities.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage headcount and FTE tracking in collaboration with Finance.
  • Participate in HR projects related to Diagnostics, either as a contributor or project driver.

Education
