Job summary

This role is essential in a remote-first, globally distributed team, focusing on efficient HR operations across various functions and locations. The specialist will manage core HR processes, maintain accurate records, and enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, people engagement, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining HR processes clearly to non-HR colleagues.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement HR processes and improvements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Uphold confidentiality, data privacy, and security standards in all HR processes.
