- Conduct follow-up sessions and cohort-based learning to reinforce insights and accountability.
- Assist leaders in translating insights into actionable routines.
- Deliver targeted skill-building sessions for specific leader groups.
- Support leader segmentation based on context and business needs.
- Collect feedback to improve content and measure leadership impact.
- Collaborate with leadership development partners and senior leaders to align with business priorities.
