Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a strong focus on legal compliance and HR support across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong aptitude for process innovation and automation, with a focus on best practices.
• Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with flexible hours.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
• Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising on employment law changes and managing employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist in managing critical initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries and support HR audits for compliance.
• Develop and update internal documentation related to Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the employee lifecycle experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.

Education

• Relevant HR or legal qualifications preferred.

Tools

• Experience with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite, and other project management tools.
