About the role

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing organizational performance through effective talent management and development strategies. The Organizational Performance Partner will be instrumental in executing talent frameworks and driving key initiatives to ensure optimal workforce alignment.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in global talent management within a multinational context.
  • Strong grasp of talent and succession methodologies, including 9-box and readiness definitions.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing global frameworks and processes.
  • Proficient in capability assessment, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR systems; experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • Relevant assessment certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on global priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and continuous development of the annual talent cycle.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and organizational leaders to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
  • Develop communication and training materials to enhance stakeholder capabilities.
  • Ensure frameworks and HR systems support effective calibration and succession processes.
  • Support the implementation of the organizational performance framework and analyze performance data for actionable insights.
  • Lead global projects and processes related to talent management and organizational performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure high-quality data and processes are maintained.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong execution and follow-through.
  • Collaborative communication style with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

Education

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Proficient in HR systems, particularly Workday, and skilled in MS Office applications.
