About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the People Experience team in managing employee lifecycle processes and contributing to various improvement initiatives. The position is designed for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (People/HR focus), Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Interest in developing scalable People processes and enhancing employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination, addressing employee inquiries in collaboration with People Operations and People Partners.
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems and prepare relevant documents and reports.
  • Support administrative tasks related to People Operations, including benefits and compliance matters.
  • Contribute to long-term People Experience projects by managing planning, stakeholder follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Collect and organize data to aid People Partners in reporting and project insights.
  • Provide additional support to the People Experience team as needed.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and task management.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

Tools

  • Familiarity with HRIS and willingness to learn new People systems and tools.
