Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience by managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and improving operational processes within the People Operations function.

Qualifications

  • Experience in People Operations or HR operations/coordinator roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation such as offers, contracts, and letters, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for People Operations inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Oversee leave and absence administration, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with necessary procedures.
  • Maintain HR system data quality and documentation compliance, ensuring clean records.
  • Support reporting and insights by transforming data into clear overviews for decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
