Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading leadership development initiatives in complex, global environments.
  • Expertise in executive development and senior leader interventions.
  • Proven ability to define and implement leadership frameworks at scale.
  • Experience with leadership feedback mechanisms such as 360-degree or upward feedback.
  • Strong presence and credibility with senior executives.
  • Familiarity with integrating leadership development into succession planning and talent strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and embed a distinctive leadership philosophy.
  • Design and govern a comprehensive leadership development architecture for all levels of leadership.
  • Enhance executive development through internal programs and external partnerships.
  • Create clear leadership pathways and standards for capability and progression.
  • Manage the Upward Feedback Survey, ensuring its integration into leadership development and performance discussions.
  • Utilize leadership insights to inform targeted development interventions.
  • Work with Talent Management to strengthen leadership bench strength.
  • Define metrics for measuring leadership capability growth and report on impact.
  • Lead a high-performing leadership development team to ensure operational excellence.

Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in organizational development and systemic leadership approaches is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience in leadership development or organizational psychology is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with leadership development tools and feedback mechanisms, as well as experience with business school partnerships is advantageous.
