Senior Global Mobility Assistant (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves managing inbound immigration processes for international employees and their families, ensuring compliance with Danish immigration laws while collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in global mobility or immigration practices.
• Several years of experience in a similar role, either on the client or vendor side.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Danish immigration law is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert on inbound immigration for employees and their families in Denmark.
• Collaborate with external immigration vendors to manage requests and ensure secure document sharing.
• Handle changes to work and residence permits due to employment status changes.
• Monitor expiry dates and take necessary actions for compliance.
• Develop processes and policies that align with business objectives and immigration laws.
• Address queries from the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) and recommend process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors for high-quality support.
• Stay updated on immigration news and participate in networking events.
