Job summary

This role is for an experienced recruiter to lead international hiring strategies in a fully remote environment, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions while collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an international context.
• Proven success in recruiting for technical roles, particularly in sourcing and headhunting.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or NLP hiring is advantageous.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.
• Results-oriented with a proactive work approach.
