Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the identification and engagement of senior leadership talent within a global organization. The Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to lead impactful leadership searches and provide market insights for hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in executive search or senior leadership hiring, either in-house or with a top executive search firm.
  • Proven track record in managing complex leadership searches in international and matrix organizations.
  • Strong experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and navigating executive-level hiring processes.
  • Deep understanding of executive sourcing strategies and leadership assessment methodologies.
  • Experience working with external executive search firms.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive hiring matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex leadership searches across the global organization.
  • Proactively identify and engage senior leadership talent through direct search and market mapping.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategies and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to shape search strategies and define leadership profiles.
  • Incorporate external market insights into leadership hiring decisions.
  • Manage high-quality engagement with senior candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Support initiatives related to leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
  • Ensure diverse leadership talent pipelines and balanced candidate slates in searches.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and credibility-building skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources or talent acquisition.

Tools

  • Familiarity with talent acquisition software and executive search tools.
