Job summary

The Senior People Operations Partner will oversee employment compliance for People Operations across over 65 countries, ensuring the organization scales effectively while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing global employment compliance programs across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of employment regulations and their application to People policies and processes.
• Experience in handling People-related compliance audits, including documentation and data collection.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR, and data retention practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document employment law changes across various jurisdictions.
• Lead compliance programs within the People Division, ensuring effective tracking and documentation.
• Translate legal requirements into actionable processes and assess compliance risks.
• Advise on compliance implications for team member lifecycle actions.
• Manage People-related compliance audits and maintain organized records for review.
• Collaborate with People Technology and Analytics to report audit data.
• Oversee data privacy practices and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Document compliance workflows and mentor a junior compliance analyst.

Skills

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Compliance, or related field.
