Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in international talent acquisition or global talent management within a complex, multi-country organization.
  • Familiarity with recruiting in Denmark, the UK, and Ireland.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement global sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the capability to build relationships across various cultures and seniority levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
  • Proficient in modern recruiting tools and systems, including SuccessFactors, and skilled in sourcing via social media and AI tools.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Business fluency in English is essential; additional languages, especially Danish or German, are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing insights on international hiring strategies.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored to diverse markets.
  • Build and maintain reliable international talent pipelines to meet business needs.
  • Manage recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Global Mobility and HR teams to facilitate international hiring and relocation processes.
  • Support early careers initiatives and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
