Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an Organizational Development team focused on employee and leadership development. The role involves supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of employees to align with the organization's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, communication, pedagogy, or a related field.
  • Independent, structured, and engaged with a curious approach to work.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, SharePoint, co-pilot).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating leadership development and IT Tech programs, including participant invitations and follow-ups.
  • Support the maintenance and operation of the learning platform, including course creation and participant administration in the LMS.
  • Help prepare presentations and data processing for reporting on core deliverables related to development and employee well-being.
  • Address ad hoc tasks related to employee development, onboarding, performance management, and well-being assessments as needed.

Skills

  • Strong collaboration and proactive engagement with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office tools is essential.
