Student Assistant, People Experience (HR, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position involves supporting the People Experience team in enhancing community and employee engagement within a global office setting. The role focuses on planning and executing various initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, HRM, Organisational Psychology, Experience Management, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in event coordination and community engagement is beneficial.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong interest in employee experience and culture-building initiatives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, including cultural events and office-wide activities.
• Support the operational aspects of employee groups, including communication, logistics, and member engagement.
• Help organize major events such as seasonal parties and milestone celebrations.
• Create communication materials and content to promote People Experience initiatives.
• Track participation and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
• Collaborate with HR and internal communications teams to ensure a cohesive employee experience.

Education

Additional Information

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's degree program is required.
