Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (final year) or Master’s degree (first year) in fields such as Business Administration, Analytics, Econometrics, HR, or Psychology.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization tools or analytics projects is preferred.
• Background in data-intensive environments like finance or consulting is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and usability of HR data.
• Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Excel and HR systems.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to enhance HR dashboards.
• Oversee HR projects and ensure structured follow-up.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Assist in broader HR initiatives such as workforce planning and talent development.
