This role is designed for a student who is analytical and data-driven, providing support to the HR Business Partner for Tech Operations in a biotech environment. The position focuses on managing HR data to generate insights that aid decision-making and involves collaboration with various teams to enhance HR systems and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Econometrics, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is advantageous.
• Background in data-intensive environments such as finance or consulting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HR data.
• Analyze HR data to produce actionable insights.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using Excel and HR systems.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to develop HR dashboards.
• Oversee HR projects and ensure structured follow-up.
• Assist in broader HR initiatives like workforce planning and talent development.

Skills

• Quick to learn new systems, including Workday.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education
