This role involves joining a global Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis, focusing on recruitment processes and stakeholder management across international offices, primarily in Denmark and Europe.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in finance or tech sectors.
  • B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong passion for recruitment and proven track record in managing recruitment cycles.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Championing an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment needs and actively participating in the recruitment and interview process.
  • Developing selection criteria and sourcing talent.
  • Enhancing the organization’s market presence through stakeholder partnerships.
  • Managing relevant Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Collaborating with various departments to achieve optimal results.

  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • B.Sc or M.Sc degree in a relevant field.

Tools
