Job summary

This role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle in the dynamic sectors of digital finance and cryptocurrency, focusing on building high-performing teams across various functions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in Fintech, Crypto, Payments, or similar regulated sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage structured hiring processes for specialized senior roles and high-volume operational teams.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience in international recruitment across Europe, the UK, or Asia, with comfort in remote team settings.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and candidate relationship building.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like BambooHR.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
