Job summary

This role involves managing the recruitment process for commercial positions within a collaborative international team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent across various European markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • A few years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally as an in-house recruiter.
  • Experience in hiring for commercial roles such as Sales and Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages like German, Spanish, Danish, Italian, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Manage candidate data accurately in the ATS (TeamTailor).
  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and improving recruitment processes.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with ATS systems, particularly TeamTailor, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
